During the launch phase, communication tools are provided to the company to promote the Challenge internally. In addition, a conference and training can be offered in your company.
During this period, participants train and accumulate their training minutes. They can also raise funds for a foundation supported by the Défi.
During the Final Challenge, participants complete one or more tests. It is the embodiment of several months of training!
