We are helping to make the world more active through a simple and effective three-month health and participatory program that promotes the establishment of healthy lifestyles in the workplace and ends with a unifying event. It is during this event that employees realize their personal challenge (i.e., walk, run, Yoga, Cardio-Fit and Zumba), achieve their goal, and are overcome with a sense of pride.
We contribute to making the world more active by our simple and effective 3-month training program that promotes healthy lifestyle habits in the workplace. The training ends with a race that brings all participants together where everyone works towards their own personal goal (ie, walk, run, Fit Cardio, Yoga or Zumba) and can be proud of their hard work.

REGISTRATION COMPANIES
To motivate your colleagues to move more and to project the image of a company that focuses on health, active life and well-being.
To consolidate your team during an activity that is easy to organize.
During the launch phase, promotional material is sent to the company. In addition, conferences can be given in your company.
During 12 weeks, participants train and accumulate their training minutes. They can also raise funds for a foundation.
On the day of the Challenge, you complete the test in which you entered. It is the embodiment of several months of training!
Join the Corporate Challenge with your colleagues in a collective and unifying challenge. Encourage your colleagues to register and become a health ambassador.
Le Gatineau / Ottawa Business Challenge, presented by La Capitale Insurance and financial services, is committed to supporting Moisson Outaouais by remitting $ 10 for each business up to $ 5. This amount will be returned on June 000.
